- Sign log book.
- Turn on the rack mount power strip to the right of the 02R.
- Turn on the rack mount power strip on the bottom left of the patch bay rack.
- Turn on computer.
- Use the Samsung remote to power on the large displays.
- Sign into the computer with your Evergreen account.
- Make sure the Universal Audio Apollo X16 audio interface connects to the computer. A loading bar that says "Connecting to Apollo X16" should briefly appear. An application called Universal Audio Console will open, which runs in the background. It can be ignored and/or closed.
- Confirm that the main audio output of the computer is coming out of Apollo outs 9 and 10 by opening a web browser and playing some sound. Always allow applications to access the microphone if prompted, or audio will not play! Look for audio on the Apollo's LED meters to confirm audio is coming out. - Open your preferred DAW. If Pro Tools:
- Make a new Session
- Select a Template from the *TESC folder
- Save to the Desktop
