When to Use This
Importing the following:
- Microsoft equations or graph charts
- Worksheets or charts from Microsoft Excel
- Slides or whole presentations from Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word documents
- Documents created through Adobe applications, like Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop
- Quicktime movies (.mov files)
- OpenDocument presentation, spreadsheet, or text
- ACD/3D or ACD/ChemSketch images
- Bitmap images
- Encapsulated postscripts
- Flash documents
- KaleidaGraph plots
- Packages
- WordPad documents
- Photos from your camera
Note: You cannot import movies from Adobe Macromedia Director or a video DVD directly into your PowerPoint. Click here and here to find out how.
How to
- To insert an Excel worksheet or chart, simply select the item you want to copy, right-click copy them, and then use the Paste or Paste Special commands in PowerPoint to paste them into a slide.
