QuickTime Player X is the version of the QuickTime used by Mac OS 10.6 - 10.8.

This version of the quicktime player currently allows you to create screen, audio or movie recordings. You can also trim any of these recordings using an interface similar to that of the iPhone. You can also rotate or flip video, which may be useful if your phone has taken a video in the wrong orientation.
