Students
General Technology Help
- Submit a support request to have your issue directed to the proper department
- In-person help: is currently available at the Academic Computing Center on the main floor of Evans Hall (Floor 2 of the Library Building)
- (For Winter 2023) Support is available during the following hours of operation:
- Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 8:45 pm
- Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
- Saturday: 10 am - 3 pm
- Sunday: Closed

Scientific Computing
- In-person help: contact the CAL in person on the first floor of Lab II
- Call us at (360) 867-6426
Electronic Media
- In-person help is available at the MultiMedia Lab located on the first floor of Evans Hall.
Faculty & Staff
