Attach a file to a WordPress post or page

From the post or page where you want the link:

1. Click the "Add Media" button
2. Upload your file: choose Select File and locate the file on your hard drive
3. Once the file has been successfully uploaded click the "File the URL" button (the url of the file will now be displayed)
4. Change the Title field if you need to, this will become the name of the link embedded in your post
5. Click the "Insert into post" button
6. Publish your post
