Attach a file to a WordPress post or page

From the post or page where you want the link:

1. Click the "Upload/Insert" button
   
2. Upload your file: choose Select File and locate the file on your hard drive
3. Change the Title field if you need to, this will become the name of the link embedded in your post
4. Click the "Insert into post" button
5. Publish your post
