Exercise II

Editing an existing PDF

• Using Adobe Acrobat Pro: open PDF in AAP, go to Tools > Content > Edit Document Text
• For a list of software one can use for this, please see PDF, Everything you ever wanted to know: Edit (Import)
• For those using Word 2013 or 2016: go to File > Open > Find the PDF and click Open (formatting may need to be adjusted)

Exercise III

Merging multiple documents

• With Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Combine Files --> Add Files --> Preview --> Arrange Pages / Delete Pages --> Combine files
• Using smallpdf.com - Free! Available for Mac and Windows!
• With Microsoft Word
  • INSERT --> Object --> Text from file
    • Can be any text file format {pdf, docx, otd, txt}
