Graduating and withdrawn students eventually lose access to Evergreen technology resources. This page is a quick guide to deactivation timelines and tips for transferring important data and files.

Technology resources

Your @evergreen.edu grants access to all student technology resources:

  • My.evergreen.edu (registration, financial aid, evaluations, academic statements, class schedules, etc.)
  • Canvas and WordPress (curricular resources)
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook email, OneDrive, Office 365, etc.)
  • Orca fileshares (curricular resources)

Deactivation timelines

Your @evergreen.edu account will automatically deactivate on the following timeline:

Graduation:

If your graduating quarter is Summer, Fall, or Winter you will retain access until the last day of Spring evaluation week of the current academic year. This is usually around mid-June.

Example for the 2022-2023 academic year: If you graduate Fall 2022, you retain access through Thursday, June 15th, 2023.

If your graduating quarter is Spring, you will retain access until the last day of of Spring evaluation week of the following academic year. This is usually around mid-June.

Example for the 2022-2023 academic year: If you graduate Spring 2023, you retain access until the last day of Spring 2024 evaluation week.
