General Technology Help for Students, Faculty, and Staff

Welcome! As of Fall 2024, our Student Help Desk and Technology Support for Faculty and Staff have unified as one "Tech Help" Desk.

The best way to connect with Tech Help is by submitting a support request so that your issue is directed to the proper department. We have two online options for doing so:

When the Computer Center is open (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm), we are also available in-person and by phone:

  • In-person help: Drop-in: visit us at the Academic Computing Center on the main floor of Evans Hall (Floor 2 of the Library Building)
  • In-person help: Appointment: If you have made arrangements to meet with staff, go to the Computer Center to check-in or ring the bell at Room 2604
  • Call the Tech Help Desk at (360) 867-6627
  • View our current hours of operation

Scientific Computing

  • In-person help: contact the CAL in person on the first floor of Lab II
  • Call us at (360) 867-6426

AV Classroom Support

Electronic Media

  • In-person help is available at the Multimedia Lab located on the first floor of Evans Hall.
