The best way to connect with Tech Help is by submitting a support request at help.evergreen.edu so that your issue is directed to the proper department. We have two online options for doing so:


Tech Help Desk and Computer Center

When the Computer Center is open, we are also available in-person and by phone:

  • Schedule for Winter 2026: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • In-person help: Drop-in: visit us at the Academic Computing Center on the main floor of Evans Hall (Floor 2 of the Library Building)
  • In-person help: Appointment: If you have made arrangements to meet with staff, go to the Computer Center to check-in or ring the bell at Room 2604
  • Call the Tech Help Desk at (360) 867-6627
