Evergreen's evaluation system allows you to complete your evaluations and submit them online. Your Self-Evaluation is a cornerstone of your educational experience, one that summarizes your achievements for a given course or program.
- To access the evaluation system, login at my.evergreen.edu and click on "Evaluations"
- Choose the program or course in question
- Select "Self-Evaluation" from the tab interface
