The my.evergreen.edu site exists to support teaching, learning and student life at Evergreen. This application will host content that is built specifically for and tailored to authenticated members of the Evergreen community. Content and tools offered via my.evergreen.edu must directly support this principle.
Ownership Structure
The ownership and responsibility for my.evergreen.edu site is by the following collective:
- Associate Director of Computing and Communications, Administrative Computing
- Associate Director of Computing and Communications, Academic Computing
- Campus Web Manager
Consultation and review of initiatives and requests are provided by the my.evergreen.edu advisory group. The advisory group is comprised of representatives from Student Affairs, Academics and Registration.
Change Process
Anyone may request an addition or change to my.evergreen.edu. These requests should be directed to the application owners. The owners of my.evergreen.edu convene the advisory group on an as-needed basis regarding major changes or additions to my.evergreen.edu. Requests for additions or changes can be made via a request form
