Difference between revisions of "Submitting your Self-Evaluation"

The new evaluation system allows you to complete your evaluations and submit them online.

You must have started your Self Evaluation to have the option to submit it
To access the evaluation system, login at my.evergreen.edu and click on "Evaluations"
Choose the program or course in question
To turn in a finished evaluation, click the "Turn-In" button
You will notice that there is no longer a paper form on letterhead. You may always print an evaluation to have a hard copy by hitting File > Print from your browser
