General Technology Help for Students, Faculty, and Staff
Welcome!
The best way to connect with Tech Help is by submitting a support request so that your issue is directed to the proper department. We have two online options for doing so:
When the Computer Center is open, we are also available in-person and by phone:
- Schedule for Winter 2026: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- In-person help: Drop-in: visit us at the Academic Computing Center on the main floor of Evans Hall (Floor 2 of the Library Building)
- In-person help: Appointment: If you have made arrangements to meet with staff, go to the Computer Center to check-in or ring the bell at Room 2604

Scientific Computing
- In-person help: contact the CAL in person on the first floor of Lab II

Electronic Media
- In-person help is available at the Multimedia Lab located on the first floor of Evans Hall.
Event and Audio/Video Recording Support
