The my.evergreen.edu site exists for current Evergreen community members to support student life, teaching, and administrative needs at Evergreen. Content is tailored to the individual, primarily providing access to resources specific to that individual.

Site Content

This application will host content and software that is built specifically for and tailored to authenticated members of the Evergreen community, based on role (faculty, staff or student) and identity (login). Approved content and tools offered via my.evergreen.edu must directly support this principle.

The ownership and responsibility for my.evergreen.edu site is by the following collective:

  • Tony Alfonso, Associate Director of Computing and Communications, Administrative Computing
  • Rip Heminway, Associate Director of Computing and Communications, Academic Computing
  • Susan Bustetter, Campus Web Manager

Consultation and review of initiatives and requests are provided by the my.evergreen.edu advisory group. The advisory group is comprised of representatives from Student Affairs, Academics and Registration.

Change Process

Anyone may request an addition or change to my.evergreen.edu. These requests should be directed to the application owners. The owners of my.evergreen.edu convene the advisory group on an as-needed basis regarding major changes or additions to my.evergreen.edu.
