Getting Started 
Before you dive into the features, ensure your hardware is ready and you've run through the Getting Started check list.
- Audio Check: Use a certified headset (recommended) or your computer’s built-in mic/speakers.
- The App: Ensure you are logged into the Microsoft Teams desktop client for the best experience.

More Advanced Features
Note: Some advanced features like Call Queues or Auto Attendants are managed at the work unit level. If you believe you should be part of a queue and don't see it, contact your work area lead.
