If it is absolutely not possible for you to use the Authenticator app there is an option but it will add some complexity for you. We can issue a hardware MFA token.

Hardware MFA Tokens

Task heading (optional)

A hardware MFA Token is a small device about the size of a thumb drive. This device has a small screen on it displaying a number that frequently changes. When logging into an application protected by M365 you will need to type in the current number from the MFA token as your second factor. This means to use your M365 account you will always need to carry the MFA token to do so.

Getting a MFA Token issued

  1. If you need to be issued one of these people contact the Technology Support Center to schedule a time to come into do this.
  2. It will probably take about 10 minutes to do this. If you have and Evergreen issued laptop and can bring it with you it will make the process faster.
