Graduating and withdrawn students eventually lose access to Evergreen technology resources. This page is a quick guide to deactivation timelines and tips for transferring important data and files.

Technology resources

Your @evergreen.edu grants access to all student technology resources:

My.evergreen.edu (registration, financial aid, evaluations, academic statements, class schedules, etc.) Canvas and WordPress Microsoft 365 (Outlook email, OneDrive, Office 365, etc.) Orca fileshares

Deactivation timelines

Your @evergreen.edu account will automatically deactivate on the following timeline:

Graduation:

If your graduating quarter is Summer, Fall, or Winter you will retain access until the last day of Spring evaluation week of the current academic year. This is usually around mid-June.

Example for the 2022-2023 academic year: If you graduate Fall 2022, you retain access through Thursday, June 15th, 2023.
