If you need to report problem with equipment or software in a media lab you can submit a support request to Media Services.
Fill Out the Form
- Open the Report a Problem in a Media Lab form.
- The page should open in a separate tab
Fill out the form using the steps below
- Name: Enter your name.
- Email Address: Enter your email address if you would like us to contact you.
- Lab Type: Select a type of lab. Then select the specific lab in the next question.
- Report a Problem: Describe the problem.
- Click Submit
