If you need to report problem with equipment or software in a media lab you can submit a support request to Media Services.

Fill Out the Form

Fill out the form using the steps below

  1. Name: Enter your name.
  2. Email Address: Enter your email address if you would like us to contact you.
  3. Lab Type: Select a type of lab. Then select the specific lab in the next question.
  4. Report a Problem: Describe the problem.
  5. Click Submit
