Where to Integrate Lists
Lists can offer a more accessible way to provide reporting and project collaboration with different types of view options as part of your Team. All Team app channel types can use Lists, standard, private, and shared. Lists can also be integrated into your Sharepoint-Inside Evergreen site pages as a read-only reporting, or as a collaborative shared repository.
List Training
Limitations
There is no direct move function in Microsoft Lists to move the list's entire structure (including columns, views, etc.) to a different location. Create your list in the final location where you want it to be accessed before starting. Some work arounds are exporting list data as a .csv or Excel file, copying and pasting row data, but that will still not be able to move all the data structures and columns as they are. Other considerations:
- List data library limits
- 15 rule limit in each list Create a List rule
