About Shared Inboxes at Evergreen

  • Shared inboxes are created by request. Please submit a technology support request if you believe your workgroup needs a shared inbox.
  • All changes to inbox delegates must be made via a technology support request.
  • M365 Group Inboxes have similar functionality to Shared Inboxes but are connected to a Microsoft Team.
    • Team owners can manage M365 Group Inbox membership themselves.
