Overview:
General Access:
This catalog shows all "General Access" gear available at Media Loan. General Access means any enrolled student can use it. Some items have gear guides for more information about how to use them. Some gear guides have videos produced in house or sourced online. We have more equipment that is only accessible to specific classes. To see more equipment, see our other catalogs linked in the sidebar on the right.
Proficiency:
At the moment, our parabolic microphone is the only General Access equipment that requires proficiency in order to use. This requires in-person instruction that Media Loan provides before use. All of our other General Access gear does not require instruction in order to check it out from us. For that reason be sure to review the gear guide and especially the precautions in each gear. If you would like any help learning our gear or have any issues feel free to reach out to us at the front desk, or call or email. See our website linked in the sidebar on the right for contact information.
