Voicemail Access

Online

  • The User Name field is your 4 digit extension.
  • The Security Code is the secure PIN you established for you voicemail account.

Olympia

Tacoma

Follow voice prompts to log in.

• Press 2 to play a message
• Press 76 to delete a message
• Hang up to end your voicemail session

• See voice mail instructions for additional commands.

For new users, contact your supervisor or program secretary for your default password.

The system will require you to change the default password immediately. Trivial passwords (111, 1234, etc., and your extension) will be refused by the voicemail system, as will any password you have used in the prior 6 months.

Check Campus Open or Close Status

Call 867-6000, the campus status message will play immediately in the case of an event or closure.
