Zoom AI Companion is available for use but is disabled by default at Evergreen.

What is the Zoom AI Companion

The AI Companion in Zoom is a set of generative AI powered meetings tools, including Meeting Summaries.

How to Enable Zoom AI Companion

The Zoom AI Companion is disabled by default at Evergreen. Meeting organizers can, however, choose to opt-in and enable these features prior to starting a meeting.

Navigate to your Zoom profile settings

  1. Login https://evergreen.zoom.us with your Evergreen credentials
  2. From the left-hand menu select Settings
  3. From the Settings page choose the AI Companion tab

Enable AI Companion Features

Toggle the switches to ON (blue) for the AI tools you'd like to use.
