OneDrive is a cloud service that allows you to connect and sync all your personal files (MyFiles) to your devices, along with accessing documents shared with you from SharePoint-Teams.
Accessing OneDrive
Training Resources
Staff and Faculty:
- OneDrive at Evergreen will replace what is commonly called your (H:) drive or personal drive on the server called Hurricane and should be used the same way as you use your (H:) drive today. Save your draft college documents here before you are ready to share them with your Team.
- Storing your documents in OneDrive and Teams ensures that they are securely backed up, sharing permissions are managed, and available to you from any browser.
- OneDrive and Teams allow the college to comply with public records retention and requests. Our Microsoft contract covers all of the legal compliances. See Microsoft's Trust Center.
