While creating your contract you will be able to review the status of your contract as it changes by visiting my.evergreen.edu and clicking on Individual Study Contracts. Faculty sponsors and other approvers will also be able to see the status of your contract.

Defining Contract
Student has begun working on a contract. This is the initial stage of ILC/INT work. No one can view the contract but the student when the contract is in this status.

Collecting Feedback
The student has shared the contract with the sponsor, field supervisor, and any sub contractors. The contract remains editable.

Getting Approval
The student has locked their contract and sent the final contract for all associated parties' approvals. The student can not edit it while it is in this state.

Faculty, field supervisor(s), and sub contractor(s): this designates that the student is waiting for your approval on the contract before they can move to the other stages of finalizing the contract.

Needs Student Acceptance
All approvals have been granted to the contract and it is up to the student to accept any conditions for confirming or registering the contract.

Confirmed
Students have accepted their terms and conditions and finalized their in-program contract. The contract is now complete.

Registering
Students have accepted their terms and conditions and finalized their out-of-program contract to be Registered. The contract is now complete on the student's end unless Registration and Records requires any changes.

Registered
Student's out-of-program contract is registered.
