OneDrive is a cloud service that allows you to connect and sync all your personal files (MyFiles) to your devices, along with accessing documents shared with you from SharePoint-Teams.

Staff and Faculty:
- OneDrive at Evergreen will replace what is commonly called your (H:) drive or personal drive on the server called Hurricane. Save your draft or private documents here before you are ready to share them with your Team.
- Storing your documents in OneDrive and Teams ensures that they are securely backed up, sharing permissions are managed, and available to you from any browser.
- OneDrive and Teams allow the college to comply with public records retention and requests. Our Microsoft contract covers all of the legal compliances. See Microsoft's Trust Center.
Sharing documents
- You can share your documents from OneDrive with other users who also have Evergreen credentials.
- OneDrive MyFiles are best for drafts or private documents. We recommend work unit related work be stored in your SharePoint/Team document library.
