Difference between revisions of "Sharing Evaluations"

You can share draft evaluations with students at anytime during the quarter.

To share a draft evaluation, navigate to your class list
Click on the name of the student with whom you want to share an evaluation
Click the "Share with Student" button and acknowledge the confirmation message
The student can now view this draft version of the evaluation inside their my.evergreen.edu
Future edits made to the evaluation are not shared with the student unless you specifically re-share the eval
You can also share a hard copy of the evaluation by using the PDF link at the bottom of the individual student summary page
