Your My Evergreen account (username@evergreen.edu) grants access to technology resources while you're an active student. For Spring 2024 graduates and beyond, this account will deactivate on the 10th day of the second quarter post-graduation.
For example:
A student account for a Spring 2024 grad will deactivate on the 10th business day of Fall 2025.
A student account for a Winter 2025 grad will deactivate on the 10th business day of Spring 2026.
Impacted resources
- My.evergreen.edu (registration, financial aid, evaluations, academic statements, class schedules, etc.)
- Canvas
- WordPress
- Microsoft 365 ( Outlook email, OneDrive, Office 365, etc.)
- Orca fileshares
Why?
We deactivate accounts because we cannot extend state resources to students who are no longer enrolled. Additionally, indefinite access poses significant security risks for you and the college.
For more information on timelines and reasoning, check out our deactivation details page.
