Your My Evergreen account (username@evergreen.edu) will deactivate on the date provided in your notification email. This account grants access to technology resources while you're an active Evergreen student.
Impacted resources
- My.evergreen.edu (registration, financial aid, evaluations, academic statements, class schedules, etc.)
- Canvas and WordPress
- Microsoft 365 ( Outlook email, OneDrive, Office 365, etc.)
- Orca fileshares
Why?
We deactivate accounts because we cannot extend state resources to students who are no longer enrolled. Additionally, indefinite access poses significant security risks for you and the college.
For more information on timelines and reasoning, check out our deactivation details page.
