Audition

The Waveform Editor can be used to process files before they are imported to Premiere Pro or an Audition multitrack session. For example converting stereo files to mono.

The Multitrack Editor can be used to mix the audio from a Premiere Pro project or to create an entirely new mix. It can be used to create a soundtrack for a silent video or to mix the audio from a Premiere Pro project. A video file can be imported into an Audition multitrack session or Audition can open a Premiere Pro project.

Getting Video into Audition
