Accessible Computer Workstations
If you need a computer classroom or technology space, please make arrangements with Access Services (867-6348) and they will coordinate with the appropriate lab manager.
- The AT Lab in the Library has three workstations. One of the workstations is located in a separate room for use with speech software. Visit the AT Lab's website page for information about available resources and services or call the Lab at 360.867.6016.
- The Academic Computing Center has two workstations. Because speech software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking is available on the computers, the stations are partially enclosed in sound-muffling partitions. Each station is also equipped with a scanner, alternate keyboard, trackball mouse, and ergonomic chair. The Computing Center also has one adjustable height table in each of its four classrooms.
- The Computer Applications Lab offers three adjustable tables. One workstation, with the standard software issued by the college, can be set-up on request.
- The Tacoma Campus has two workstations located in the PC Lab on the 2nd Floor.
- Access Services has one workstation. Access Services can arrange training for you in AT software at the AT Lab.
